Before any plan starts, we carry out a quick inspection to ensure the boiler and system are suitable for cover. Breakdown cover becomes active after an initial 14-day period. Plans cover labour as outlined. Parts are chargeable, supplied at competitive trade rates through our approved suppliers. We aim to attend non-emergency breakdowns within 48 hours wherever reasonably possible. Plans are maintained by monthly Direct Debit. Missed payments will suspend cover.
