*Any repair costs exceeding the single claim cap will be payable by the customer.
**Where the boiler is assessed by Casper Heating Co. as being beyond economical repair due to age, wear, or overall condition, installation labour for a replacement boiler will be provided at no additional labour cost when our recommended replacement boiler option is selected, subject to system suitability. Following installation of a new boiler, your care plan will automatically transition to the Essential Plan to support manufacturer warranty servicing requirements. Customers who wish to maintain broader heating system protection may alternatively continue on the Complete Care Plus Plan to retain extended system coverage.

Before any plan starts, we carry out a quick inspection to ensure the boiler and system are suitable for cover.
Breakdown cover becomes active after an initial 14-day period.
Plans cover labour as outlined. Parts are chargeable, supplied at competitive trade rates through our approved suppliers.
We aim to attend non-emergency breakdowns within 48 hours wherever reasonably possible.
Plans are maintained by monthly Direct Debit. Missed payments will suspend cover.
